Social Security Tribunal Members

The Social Security Tribunal is a quasi-judicial independent decision making tribunal established under the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Act. The role of the Tribunal Member is to fulfil the Tribunal’s legislated mandate by hearing appeals made to the Tribunal. Members have the jurisdiction to affirm, vary or reverse the decision being appealed.
